Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be processed within 48 hours. International Delivery is between 7 to 10 business days. Shipping time depends upon country destination and its customs. Our standard Airmail service is fast and cost effective. Although track and trace is not available via standard Airmail, please contact us if you would like to inquire about express shipping. 

Privacy & Security 
Your privacy is very important to us. Be assured that, in accordance with privacy policy, we do not sell or distribute any of our customer's information to third parties. We use SSL Web Server Certificate that offers comprehensive authentication procedures (domain name and identity verification) with 128-bit encryption. This ensures that information is kept private while in transit between our web server and your web browsers.  SSL technology provides for the safe transmission of personal information you give us because the information is encrypted. You can tell you have entered a secured area when you look at the Universal Resource Locator (URL) in your browser's address bar and see that it has "https://" before the rest of the Web address. The "S" means that the page is hosted from a secured server. Unsecured pages have URLs that begin with "http://" (without the "s"). Since we do not collect personal information in our product pages and health information areas, we do not use SSL to ensure a faster browsing experience. To confirm the SSL, a "lock" icon will appear at the bottom of your browser window when you are on any of the protected areas of our website (especially on checkout).

Returns & Replacements 
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We will refund faulty or damaged goods. Postage and delivery costs are non-refundable for all exchanges except for damaged goods. All goods to be exchanged must be returned as new (i.e. new, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition). We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items. In other cases, a return postage fee will apply and a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

NonReturnable and Refundable Products:
Lost products caused by improper delivery due to incorrect addresses and postcodes provided by the the customer. Our address labels are automatic and any error in the input of delivery address is the customer's responsibility. Prohibited items that are detained or confiscated at your own customs. Please check your country's customs and duty laws before purchasing. You may also contact us in advance if you are unsure.

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their address is correct after placing their order online. Please check your e-mail confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation after you place an order, you may log in to your account (if you are a registered customer, not for express checkout) and go to "My Account" then view your pending order. Alternatively, please contact us as soon as possible. It is essential to check that the address listed is correct.

It is the buyer's responsibility when ordering to ensure the goods are ordered to the buyer's requirements and are fit and suitable for the buyer's purpose. StopSmoking Shop assumes no liabilities for the use of any products supplied. It is the purchasers' responsibility to use them under the guidance of a physician. The buyer is responsible for determining and abiding by his/hers countries importation regulations. Any legal action that might be brought against the purchaser, if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the destination country, is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. In the event the requested products are detained/confiscated or returned by foreign customs the loss lies completely with the purchaser. StopSmoking Shop is not responsible for returning of products caused by improper delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser. If for some reason after placing an order you decide to return the goods, you are responsible for the freight cost to you plus the cost to return the goods, and a refund will only be given once the goods have been returned and we have established that they are in a suitable condition.
