How many pieces of gum do I use?

How To Use Nicorette Icy Mint Gum

  1. Chew Nicorette Icy Mint Gum slowly till you feel a tingling sensation in your mouth.
  2. Let the gum be between your cheek and gums so that nicotine passes into your bloodstream through the lining of the mouth. Chew till the tingling sensation subsides.
  3. Repeat the process with the next gum until you are completely relieved of the tingling sensation.
