How To Use Nicorette Icy Mint Gum
- Chew Nicorette Icy Mint Gum slowly till you feel a tingling sensation in your mouth.
- Let the gum be between your cheek and gums so that nicotine passes into your bloodstream through the lining of the mouth. Chew till the tingling sensation subsides.
- Repeat the process with the next gum until you are completely relieved of the tingling sensation.
